Although it was stated that showers would be available at CP8 “Visitor Center,” due to a malfunction in the facility's water heater, showers will not be available during the competition period.

On Monday, June 10, 2024, as part of Trail Runners' SDGs project, the "National Mountain Region Future Building Project," we held a "Dream Lesson" at Ishizaka Elementary School in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, as a contribution to the local community around the venue of DEEP JAPAN ULTRA 100." The lesson taught students how to turn their passion into a job while remaining in their hometown.

On Saturday and Sunday, June 7th and 8th, 2025, we welcomed 17 people and held "2026 Tournament Entry Qualification Granted!! DEEP JAPAN ULTRA 100 Official Trial Camp with Gediminas Grinius" on the DEEP JAPAN ULTRA 100 course. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated, to Asakusa Sanso and Yotege House, and to all those involved.

[Dream Lesson] will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025 at Maekawa Elementary School in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, the venue of DEEP JAPAN ULTRA 100. The "Dream Lesson" is part of Trail Runners' SDGs project "National Mountain Region Future Building Project," and is held out of Matsunaga's strong desire to teach children the importance of pursuing what they love. At the [Dream Lesson] at Maekawa Elementary School in Nagaoka City, we will invite ultra-trail world champion Gediminas Grinius to give a running class and a lecture. Parents and local residents are welcome to participate in this opportunity.

A simple aid station will be set up at the entrance to the Futakuchi Trail, available only to 30km runners on both the outward and return routes.

On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, we held a "Dream Class" at Kawahigashi Primary School in Shibata City, Niigata Prefecture, near the site of DEEP JAPAN ULTRA 100, which is being held as part of the National Mountain Region Future Creation Project. The class taught students how to think for themselves, devise ways to make money doing what they love, and make a living. Matsunaga served as the lecturer.

We held the restoration of the Hokurei hiking trail at Mt. SUMON, one of the community contribution projects of DEEP JAPAN ULTRA 100, which was recognized by Niigata Prefecture as a "community development business organization that supports the natural environment".
