To reach the event venue:

  1. Use the shuttle bus connecting Echigo-Yuzawa Station and the venue (advance registration required). If driving, please use paid parking lots near Echigo-Yuzawa Station (no discount tickets are available).

  2. Use the designated participant parking lot at "Suhara Ski Resort" (advance reservation required; registration closes once capacity is reached). A shuttle bus will operate between this parking lot and the venue.

  3. Carpool with a supporter (please use the former "Noyama no Sachi Shiryokan" facility).

  4. Use a taxi or bicycle.

Drop-off Times：

30km: June 25 (Fri) 08:30 – 09:00

160km: June 25 (Fri) 09:10 – 10:00

80km: June 25 (Fri) 10:10 – 10:50

Bag size:：45L (80cm height x 65cm width). Please ensure your luggage fits inside the bag and the opening can be securely closed.

Participants are responsible for the safekeeping of their own valuables and luggage.

Availability：Until 12:00 on June 27 (Sun). Please note that any items remaining after this time will be disposed of.

The gymnasium on the 2nd floor of the Sports Center is open for use as a rest area.

Please follow the instructions of the staff and observe all rules. Please bring your own sleeping bags, mats, etc.

  • Please use only the designated areas.

  • No smoking anywhere in the building.

  • No use of open flames.

  • No eating or drinking inside.

  • Please take your trash with you.

  • Lights out at 21:00.

  • Behavior that disturbs other athletes is prohibited.

  • You may leave your belongings in the rest area, but please manage them at your own risk.

  • No camping (tents) allowed.

Information on Parking for Event Venue

  • The parking lot in front of the Irihirose Government Office is not designated for event parking. Please inform accompanying family and friends that parking is strictly prohibited in any facility lots near the venue other than those specifically designated for the event.

  • There is no parking available for competitors at the Irihirose Sports Center (the event venue).

  • Pacers and supporters should use the parking lot at the "Former Noyama no Sachi Museum."

  • Camping in tents is prohibited.

  • The use of open flames is prohibited.

Information on Athlete Parking

  • Parking for athletes at Suhara Ski Resort is available by advance reservation only, on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that registration will close once the parking capacity is reached.

  • A shuttle bus service will operate between the Suhara Ski Resort athlete parking area and the event venue.

  • If you plan to use the shuttle bus connecting Echigo-Yuzawa Station to the venue, please use paid parking lots (coin parking) near the station. (No parking validation or similar services are provided.)

  • Camping in tents is prohibited.

  • The use of open flames is prohibited.
